Teqfocus - Specialist - Salesforce Billing Process

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Billing Expert to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Billing, coupled with a strong understanding of financial operations, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and manage Salesforce Billing, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and other platforms.

- Design and implement billing solutions, including automated invoice generation, payment processing, and revenue recognition.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end billing solutions.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce Billing, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

- Optimize billing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

- Develop custom reports and dashboards for billing analytics and compliance tracking.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and ensure solutions leverage the latest features.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Billing and CPQ.

- Proficiency in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and declarative tools.

- Strong understanding of financial and billing processes, including subscription management and revenue recognition.

- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist and CPQ certification is a plus.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
