Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Head / Scrum Master to drive delivery excellence, ensure project governance, and lead agile teams in a dynamic enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience working with large enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery with complete ownership and accountability

- Act as Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments

- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder communication

- Ensure timely delivery with high quality standards

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones

- Monitor KPIs, manage risks, and ensure process adherence

Required Skills & Experience:

- 9+ years of overall experience in delivery/project management

- Strong experience as a Scrum Master (background in Data Engineering or Salesforce preferred)

- Extensive hands-on experience with Jira (boards, workflows, reporting, dashboards)

- Proven experience working with large enterprise

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong ownership mindset and leadership capability

- Comfortable working in extended/late IST hours to support global teams

Preferred:

- Agile/Scrum certifications

- Experience handling distributed/global teams
