Solution Architect with strong enterprise architecture expertise, combining deep technical leadership in Microsoft technologies with client-facing, pre-sales, and business solutioning responsibilities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong enterprise architecture capabilities and hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies. This role requires a balanced mix of technical depth, functional understanding, and client-facing skills, enabling the architect to design scalable solutions while aligning technology decisions with business objectives.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solution architectures and ensure successful execution across the full software development lifecycle.

Experience & Background:

- 12 to 15 years of overall experience in technology, with strong exposure to enterprise application architecture

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex, large-scale applications

- Proven ability to operate in techno-functional roles, bridging business requirements and technical solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Techno-Functional Architecture & Solutioning:

- Translate business and functional requirements into end-to-end solution architecture designs.

- Own application architecture decisions covering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to define solution scope and functional workflows.

Technical Leadership & Delivery:

- Provide hands-on technical leadership across .NET, WCF, Web API, and Windows Formsbased systems.

- Guide development teams on design patterns, coding standards, and best practices.

- Support teams in aggressive delivery timelines while ensuring architectural integrity.

Pre-Sales & Stakeholder Management:

- Participate in pre-sales discussions, requirement discovery, and technical solutioning.

- Contribute to RFP responses, solution proposals, estimations, and SOW creation.

- Present architecture and solution approaches to senior and board-level stakeholders in a clear, business-friendly manner.

Estimation, Governance & Methodologies:

- Lead software estimations using Function Points, Use Case Points, and Agile Scrum methodologies.

- Ensure adherence to CMMi practices, SDLC standards, Agile, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.

- Provide governance and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
