Role Overview:
- As the Account Lead in our Support Operations department, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client issues, and ensuring timely delivery of cases within our defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- You will be the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Served as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns.
Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:
- Proactively identified and resolved client issues, collaborating with internal teams to find effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges, ensuring timely resolutions.
Case Management:
- Monitor case progress and ensure they are processed within the defined TAT.
- Regularly update clients on case status and implement process improvements to eliminate bottlenecks.
Cross-Department Coordination:
- Work closely with Operations, Technical Support, and Quality Assurance teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Relay client feedback to internal teams to enhance process efficiency.
Client Reporting:
- Prepare and share regular reports on case status, trends, and key metrics with clients.
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4-10 years) in account management, client services, or similar roles.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
