Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, print, events, etc.

- Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging to maintain a consistent voice across all platforms.

- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to optimize campaign performance.

- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and growth.

- Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs using analytics tools.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics platforms (e., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
