Role Overview

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager - Marketing with strong expertise in B2B SaaS to lead product positioning, messaging, GTM strategy, and content development for our flagship platforms: Perfect Doc Studio and Flow AI.

- The ideal candidate excels at translating complex technical capabilities into compelling, business-ready narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role requires close collaboration across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to create impactful product stories, drive adoption, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Positioning:

- Drive GTM planning for product launches, new features, and enhancements.

- Create clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging for various customer personas.

- Align GTM plans with product roadmap, business goals, and competitive landscape.

Content Development & Marketing Assets:

- Create high-quality content including pitch decks, solution overviews, product blogs, whitepapers, battlecards, website copy, explainer videos, and webinar material.

- Build persona-based storytelling that highlights product value, differentiators, and real-world use cases.

- Collaborate with designers, content teams, and relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging.

Customer & Market Insights:

- Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and trend evaluation to refine positioning and messaging.

- Gather customer insights through interviews, feedback loops, and sales interactions to shape future product and marketing strategies.

- Identify emerging opportunities to enhance product adoption and strengthen market - presence.

Sales Enablement:

- Equip the Sales team with impactful materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, product comparisons, and vertical-specific messaging.

- Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs to ensure Sales is aligned with key value propositions and product capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner closely with Product Management to ensure alignment between product development, customer needs, and GTM initiatives.

- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, awareness, and retention.

- Ensure consistent communication and seamless execution across teams throughout product lifecycle stages.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

- 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing or product marketing.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives.

- Experience working with enterprise software, AI-driven platforms, or technical products.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.

Preferred (Good to Have):

- Prior experience in Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.

- Understanding of document automation, workflow automation, or AI-integrated SaaS products.

- Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and product marketing frameworks.
