Role Overview - Demand Generation Manager
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead and scale YuniQs marketing and pipeline growth initiatives across the European region. This role will own multi-channel campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs, marketing automation workflows, and lead-generation efforts for our flagship product, Perfect Doc Studio.
The ideal candidate brings strong B2B SaaS experience, a data-driven mindset, hands-on campaign execution expertise, and the ability to partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to drive meaningful pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, content marketing, webinars, paid media, and events.
- Support and manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeted at key enterprise accounts and priority industry verticals.
- Own and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM workflows to enhance lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and pipeline acceleration.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and BDR teams to generate high-intent leads and build qualified pipeline for Perfect Doc Studio.
- Develop persona-based messaging, landing pages, email nurture sequences, and conversion-focused assets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, attribution models, funnel metrics, and ROI to optimize performance.
- Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and actionable insights.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and Design teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Strong expertise in running multi-channel campaigns including email, paid ads, events, and content-driven initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs, campaign analytics, attribution models, and funnel metrics.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Telecom, Utilities, or Government industries.
- Knowledge of Customer Communication Management (CCM), digital transformation tools, or workflow automation platforms.
- Exposure to European markets and familiarity with GDPR and region-specific marketing practices.
