- The General Manager Projects will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale real estate projects.


- This leadership role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.


- The GM will oversee multiple project teams, drive innovation, and ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders, contributing directly to the organization s growth and reputation.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

- Define long-term project strategies aligned with the company s business objectives.

- Provide leadership across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and profitability.

- Approve project execution plans, budgets, and timelines.

- Represent the company in client, consultant, and investor meetings.

2. Project Execution & Delivery


- Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews.

- Resolve critical project-related challenges and bottlenecks.

- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices.

3. Financial & Budgetary Control

- Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure financial discipline.

- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

- Ensure alignment of financial performance with business goals.

- Conduct value engineering to maximize ROI on projects.

4. Stakeholder Management

- Maintain effective communication and collaboration between internal departments, contractors, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and contractors.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to all statutory, environmental, and building regulations.

- Obtain timely approvals, permits, and licenses from government authorities.

- Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.

- Maintain all legal and compliance-related documentation.

6. Innovation & Sustainability

- Integrate modern construction technologies and automation for efficiency.

- Champion green building practices and sustainable development.

- Stay updated with market trends and apply innovative solutions.

7. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.

- Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.

- Develop succession plans and future leadership pipelines.
