About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated MBA fresher to kick off their career in IT / Software Solutions Sales & Business Development with Tecnics. You will represent technical and consulting service offerings to prospective clients in Mumbai, develop relationships, and help grow business under the mentorship of senior sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and identify potential client segments in Mumbai for IT, consulting, and software solutions.

- Initiate lead generation activities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.

- Present and pitch Tecnics solutions to prospective clients, explain value propositions clearly.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to convert them into qualified leads.

- Coordinate with internal technical / delivery teams to ensure accurate communication of client requirements.

- Keep pipeline updated using CRM tools; report on lead status and progress regularly.

- Travel across Mumbai as required to meet prospective clients or attend business meetings.

Requirements:

- MBA (or similar postgraduate degree) with a strong interest in IT / software / consulting domain.

- 0-1 year of experience (internship / project work acceptable) in sales / business development /

client engagement.

- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, with good understanding of business and client servicing.

- Willingness to travel locally in Mumbai for meeting clients.
