Role : Cost to Serve (CTS) - Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned CTS (Cost-to-Serve) SME to drive strategic cost analytics and profitability modeling initiatives. This role will act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping CTS frameworks and enabling data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide thought leadership on Cost-to-Serve frameworks and methodologies

- Design and implement CTS models, including drivers, allocations, and profitability views

- Guide teams on best practices for cost modeling, analytics, and reporting structures

- Collaborate with business and analytics teams to define POC scope and execution roadmap

- Act as a strategic advisor to clients and stakeholders throughout delivery

- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, pricing strategies, and profitability insights

- Support business development by positioning CTS capabilities for larger transformation engagements

Key Skills

- Strong experience in cost modeling, profitability analysis, and business finance

- Background in consulting / analytics / strategy roles

- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
