Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered applications using advanced LLM technologies to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI/LLM-based applications and solutions

- Work on LLM integration, fine-tuning, and deployment

- Build scalable and high-performance AI systems

- Develop and maintain data pipelines for AI model training and inference

- Implement Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

- Optimize model latency, performance, and resource utilization

- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI model performance and output quality

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and delivery

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI best practices

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Required Skills Experience :

- 4+ years of software development experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML technologies

- Strong experience with Transformer-based models and LLM APIs

Proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with :

i. PyTorch

ii. TensorFlow

iii. Hugging Face

- Experience with Vector Databases and Semantic Search

- Strong knowledge of :

i. Prompt Engineering

ii. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

iii. Fine-tuning Techniques

- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms :

i. AWS

ii. Azure

iii. GCP

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
