TechRBM - Senior Business Intelligence Product Owner

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Product Owner to lead the end-to-end Business Intelligence product roadmap, enterprise reporting strategy, and executive decision-support capabilities. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, architects, and BI developers to deliver scalable dashboards, KPI frameworks, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage the BI product roadmap, backlog, and release planning.

- Define and deliver executive dashboards, reporting solutions, and KPI frameworks.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

- Lead the development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reporting products.

- Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy, security, and dashboard performance.

- Drive stakeholder adoption through training, documentation, and change management.

- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and AI-enabled analytics.

- Mentor BI teams and establish best practices for dashboard development and governance.

Required Skills:

- 1014 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, BI Product Ownership, or Data Leadership.

- Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Dashboard Performance Optimization.

- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Data Lake, or similar cloud analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, Data Warehousing, KPI frameworks, and Data Governance.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or modern Lakehouse architecture.

- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled analytics and forecasting.

- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

- Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data, or Product Owner certifications are an added advantage.
