Techolution - Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of product initiatives from ideation to launch.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver best-in-class products that drive user satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.

- Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and data sources to inform product decisions.

- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform improvements.

- Communicate product plans, progress, and decisions clearly across the organization.

- Lead product launches, working with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure success.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or Master's preferred).

- 5-7 years of experience in product management or a related role.

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools (e., Jira, Confluence).

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to balance technical knowledge with user-centric thinking.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
