
Manager - Human Resources
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies that support business objectives, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure employee growth and engagement.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee motivation.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Lead HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee wellness programs, and organizational development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
