Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most important clients.

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth by managing key accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, customer service) to deliver

solutions aligned with client needs.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services within key accounts.

- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews, business updates, and strategic plans.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client

satisfaction.

- Monitor account performance metrics and take proactive steps to resolve issues or concerns.

- Forecast sales and revenue for key accounts and report progress to senior management.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant insights.

- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure timely invoicing and contract compliance.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

- 4-5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or related roles.

- Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to understand complex business needs and offer tailored solutions.

- Proficiency with CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
