
Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with business leaders and managers to align HR strategies with business objectives.
The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance, and organizational development to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and workforce needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
- Facilitate change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce productivity and engagement.
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the business units.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
