Having hands-on experience in Financial statement preparation, consolidated financial preparation, cash flow projection, P&L Scenario projection, Gross Margin analysis, Expense Optimization, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Analysis. Title: Financial Analyst MIS Reports

Location: Remote work

Work Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

- Conduct consolidated financial statement preparation and ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and compliance regulations.

- Perform detailed gross margin analysis, P&L scenario projections, and identify key financial patterns and performance trends.

- Develop and manage comprehensive budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting business objectives and long-term planning.

- Create, analyze, and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, enabling proactive performance management.

- Identify areas for expense optimization and drive cost efficiency initiatives.

- Utilize advanced Excel skills and financial tools to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with operational strategies.

Skills:

- MBA (Finance)/ Equivalent qualification.

- 2+ years of experience in experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and internal financial dashboards.

- Experience in internal financial reporting and analysis is mandatory.

- Strong Accounting Knowledge

- Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.

- Working knowledge of financial strategies.

- Expertise in cash flow projections, gross margin analysis, and expense optimization.

- Experience handling audits and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks or Zoho
