Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our finance team by providing accurate financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

You will play a key role in driving business decisions by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

- Develop and maintain financial models to project revenues, expenses, and profitability.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess company performance.

- Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecasts.

- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.

- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.

- Research and interpret market trends, industry developments, and competitor performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience as a financial analyst or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

- Experience with ERP and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
