About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee the companys financial health by managing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
The Finance Manager will play a key role in financial planning, compliance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support business strategy.
Accounting & Compliance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
- Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Manage banking relationships and oversee treasury functions.
Process Improvement & Controls
- Develop and implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
- Collaborate across departments to support financial objectives and business initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CA/CMA preferred.
- 510 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in corporate finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience in financial modeling and use of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance procedures.
- Experience working in fast-paced industries like IT, manufacturing, or services
