Techolution - Finance Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee all financial and accounting activities within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

- Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

- Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for financial activities.

- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and strategies.

- Monitor cash flow, investments, and liquidity positions.

- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors.

- Assess and manage business risks by ensuring proper financial controls are in place.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).

- Professional certification (e., CA, CPA, CMA) is required.

- Proven experience 4+ in financial management, preferably in a senior accounting or finance role.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and business practices.

- Experience with ERP systems (e., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
