Job Description:

- GST Reconciliation 2A/2B with books

- Capex/Opex knowledge and accounting.

- Scrutiny of Vendor Bills, their payments & ledgers.

- Accounting of TDS, GST, TCS & other statutory Dues.

- Preparation of MIS Reports.

- Preparing of quarterly financial statements

- E-Payments.

- Strong Negotiation skills with vendors

- Well verse with preparing E-Invoice and GST workings

- Preparing budget forecasts

- Publish financial statements in time

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues

- Preparing high-quality TS reports and reviewing sections compiled by junior team members

- Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision

- Building credibility with clients and representing Transaction Services in deal discussions

- Maintaining professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities

- Supporting proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives

- Managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to junior staff

- Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards

- Contributing to team morale and a collaborative work environment
