Role Summary:

Natural Remedies is hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant with 36 years of corporate finance experience from the manufacturing industry. The role involves managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, and working with external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle corporate accounting and statutory financial reporting.

- Manage statutory compliances including direct and indirect tax filings.

- Coordinate and support external/internal audits.

- Maintain strong internal control and ensure adherence to SOPs.

- Collaborate on finance-related certifications and renewals.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 36 years of relevant experience

- Manufacturing industry background is a must

- Notice period 30 days

- Bangalore-based candidates preferred

- Must have strong communication skills to deal with auditors
