We are looking for Business Analyst with 3 Years of Scrum Master Experience.   - BA with product development background having 8 to 10 years of experience and CSM certified should be good.   - Should have worked as Scrum Master for 3 to 4 years following the agile scrum practices.  - Fair exposure to development technologies (not the development level but to understand and guide the analysis process). Any exposure to SAP is desirable but not mandatory.  - Apply well documented patterns and techniques for successfully executing the scrum projects.  - Elicits, identifies, analyzes, models and documents requirements, ensuring they are understandable, complete, unambiguous, testable and meet the real needs of stakeholders  - Serve as liaison between the development team and the Product Owner(s) and establishes ongoing, effective two-way communication between the team and business stakeholders to ensure the team is meeting the customers' needs  - Coordinates with Product Owner, internal stakeholders and designers to understand, analyze feature requests, define user story requirements and acceptance criteria  - Performs impact analysis with Tech Leads and engineering stakeholders to assign stories to proper development teams  - Works with Product Owner and the team to continually ensure Product Backlog is built, pruned, groomed and estimated and prioritized  - Conduct Sprint Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies  - Producing aggregated, system/product demos for key program stakeholders  - Guiding the team and organization on the use of Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers  - Facilitating getting the work done as per the plan and removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.  - Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution  - Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency
