Technology Head - Enterprise AI Products - IIT/IISc/IIIT

Job Description:

We are hiring for our client a fast-growing AI software product company building enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. This is a rare, ground-floor leadership mandate: the Head of Technology will own the entire technology vision and architecture, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO.

What You'll Own:

- Technology vision and architecture for the enterprise AI product suite.

- Build and scale engineering teams across GenAI, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI.

- Drive the technology roadmap in partnership with the CEO.

- Own platform scalability, security and production-grade delivery.

- Represent technology at board level and in customer/investor conversations.

Ideal Profile:

- 14+ years in technology leadership CTO, VP Engineering or Head of Engineering.

- Proven experience scaling enterprise SaaS or AI platforms.

- Deep expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, GenAI architecture at production scale.

- B.Tech/M.Tech from a premiere institute IIT, IISc, IIIT or equivalent.

- Strategic partner mindset comfortable at founder/board level.
