Business Development Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, market research, lead generation, and solution selling.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create proposals, pitch solutions, and close business deals while ensuring long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Lead Generation
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement effective sales and outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and product demos.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, commercial quotes, and RFP responses.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close business deals successfully.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support in coordination with internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to align branding and lead-generation initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide insights to the leadership team for product enhancements and service improvements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs, revenue forecasts, and pipeline health.
- Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence to leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (B2B preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Experience in lead generation and solution-based selling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
