- Growing Client Accounts: We focus on keeping clients happy, offering ongoing support, and finding new ways to expand our business through referrals and additional services.

What you need to Bring:

- Experience: You've worked before as a Business Analyst or in a similar position.

- Tech Know-How: You understand software products, their features, and related services.

- Communication Skills: You can explain complex ideas clearly, both when speaking and writing (including technical documents).

- Tool Proficiency: You know how to use project management tools.

- Requirement Gathering & Elicitation Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.

- Requirement Documentation & Management Writing BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Preparing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

- Process Modeling Creating workflows, use case diagrams, and process maps.

- Agile & Scrum Familiarity: You're comfortable with Agile and Scrum ways of working.
