Technocrats Horizons - Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive data-led decision-making by analyzing sales, inventory, and customer behavior to improve product, pricing, and store strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key retail KPI's, enabling real-time performance visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and operations to translate insights into business impact.
- Present strategic recommendations to leadership, influencing growth initiatives and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-6 years in business analytics, strategy, or data roles in a fast-paced D2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech environment.
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
We focus on hiring top-tier talent from strong academic and professional backgrounds.
- Strong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Ability to understand core business drivers and translate data into strategic decisions.
- Strong analytical storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively.
- Self-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and a bias for action
