Role Overview:

The Innovation PM will own end-to-end delivery of the Innovation's POC pipeline under IT Strategy, Governance & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Intake and prioritization of POC requests.

- Planning and running sprint cadences for POC execution alongside Enterprise Architecture delivery resources.

- Coordinating with external vendors and partners on POC engagements.

- Preparing and running stakeholder demos and quarterly reporting.

- Managing the graduation handover of successful POCs into business-funded implementation through the DBC lifecycle.

- The role is central to fund utilization tracking and reporting against KPIs (POCs initiated/completed, graduation rate, cost per POC).

Mandatory Requirements:

- Airline domain experience.

- Excellent resource communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Agile/Scrum delivery management.

- Stakeholder management across business and IT.

- Vendor and external-partner coordination.

- POC-to-production handover experience (DBC lifecycle or equivalent stage-gate process).

- Exposure to AI/ML or emerging-technology programs.

- Reporting and governance.

- Budget and fund utilization tracking.

Experience:

- 10+ years of total experience, with 5-8 years as a Project Manager.
