Techno Product Manager - Lending Solutions - Financial Services Organization - IIM

About the Company:

Our client is one of India's leading financial services organizations in the lending space and is backed by leading PE investors. The company has built a strong technology-led platform that supports large-scale lending operations and is investing heavily in next-generation digital lending capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the product roadmap for digital lending platforms.

- Partner with engineering, business and operations teams to deliver scalable products.

- Drive API integrations and platform enhancements across the lending ecosystem.

- Use customer insights and market trends to continuously improve user experience.

We're Looking For:

- 6-10 years of product management experience in lending or fintech.

- Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), LMS and digital lending.

- Experience working with engineering teams on API-driven products.

- Engineering graduate from a premier institute; MBA from a Tier-1 institute is an advantage.
