Job Role: General Manager ( Contracts ) - Pan India)

Experience : 10-20 Years

Qualification : BTech (Civil) / MBA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Pan India operations for the Contractors Outsourcing Division.

- Oversee contractor sourcing, onboarding, deployment, and performance management across multiple locations.

- Develop and implement business strategies to expand outsourcing services nationwide.

- Coordinate with clients, project heads, and internal teams to ensure timely manpower supply and project execution.

- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met at all project sites.

- Manage vendor relationships and contractor agreements, including negotiations and renewals.

- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability of outsourcing operations.

- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

- Recruit, train, and mentor regional managers and field teams.

- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

- Handle issue resolution and escalations related to manpower, contractors, and clients.

- Support business development activities by identifying new markets and opportunities.
