Role Purpose:
To build, strengthen, and manage the brand identity and visibility of the organisation across all channels. The Branding Manager will lead brand strategy, communication, campaigns, digital presence, market positioning, and ensure consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and implement long-term brand strategy aligned with business goals.
- Define brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Conduct market research to analyse customer insights, competitor branding, and industry trends.
2. Brand Communication & Campaigns:
- Plan and execute branding campaigns (digital, print, OOH, ATL/BTL).
- Work with agencies for creatives, videos, brochures, and promotional content.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect brand standards.
3. Digital & Social Media Branding:
- Oversee brand visibility on website, social media, SEO/SEM, and digital ads.
- Manage content strategy for social platforms (posts, reels, blogs, campaigns).
- Track digital metrics and enhance brand engagement.
4. Internal Branding & Corporate Communication:
- Lead internal branding initiativesoffice branding, events, newsletters, awards, culture-building.
- Support HR with employer branding initiatives to strengthen hiring and retention.
5. Brand Performance & Analytics:
- Monitor brand performance through brand recall studies, customer feedback, and campaign ROI.
- Maintain dashboards and report brand KPIs to senior management.
6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate with sales, operations, product, HR, and management for brand alignment.
- Liaise with creative agencies, printers, digital partners, event agencies.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and marketing communication.
- Creative thinking with good aesthetic sense.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing & social media.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Project management and vendor management skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and campaign performance.
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing / Branding / Mass Communication preferred.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in branding, marketing communication, or digital branding roles.
- Experience in paints, building materials, FMCG, retail, or real estate industry is an added advantage.
