We are seeking a Techno-Marketing Product Manager to lead both the technical development and market-facing strategy for our lithium battery and drivetrain (motor + controller) portfolio. You will play a dual role-working closely with R&D and engineering teams to build cutting-edge solutions, while also crafting go-to-market (GTM) strategies, product positioning, sales enablement tools, and channel training.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends technology, business, and customer insight to drive product success across segments like e-rickshaws, 2W/3W EVs, solar, ESS, and inverter applications.

A. Technical Product Management:

- Define product roadmaps for lithium batteries and drivetrain systems based on market needs, competitive benchmarking, and customer insights.

- Own technical specifications: battery chemistry (LFP/NMC), BMS logic, pack design, motor- controller performance parameters, safety systems.

- Partner with R&D and Engineering to build prototypes, conduct testing (DVP), and ensure regulatory compliance (AIS-156, AIS-038 Rev 2, BIS, etc.).

- Manage lifecycle updates, field issue resolution, and continual cost-performance optimization.

B. Product Marketing & GTM

- Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to each customer segment (OEMs, channel partners, end-users).

- Drive go-to-market planning: pricing, launch collaterals, comparison charts, demos, training decks, and partner kits.

- Enable sales and channel teams with tools like sales scripts, FAQs, ROI calculators, videos, and competitive battlecards.

- Work with marketing teams to support ATL/BTL campaigns, trade events, and product showcases.

- Collect market feedback from sales, channel partners, electricians, and customers to refine roadmap.

C. Channel & Partner Engagement

- Conduct product training sessions for sales teams, service teams, channel partners, and electricians.
