The role requires strong experience in strategic planning, business analysis, stakeholder management, and people leadership, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and identify AI-driven business opportunities
- Translate business requirements into functional and solution designs
- Work closely with business, data, and technology stakeholders
- Drive adoption of AI and Generative AI solutions across the organization
- Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and people leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for AI-driven digital transformation
- Working knowledge of:
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps
- AI Concepts: LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, ML lifecycle
- AI Platforms: Microsoft AI Foundry (preferred), Azure ML, Copilot Studio
- Enterprise Systems: Databricks, Snowflake, UiPath, SAP HANA, Salesforce
