Techno Functional Consultant - Oracle SCM

Job Title : Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience : 8+ Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Role & Responsibilities :

The Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.

The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge across Oracle SCM modules, enabling seamless business processes, system integrations, reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Oracle SCM Implementation :

- Participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

- Configure Oracle SCM modules to meet business requirements and industry best practices.

- Analyze business processes and recommend scalable Oracle SCM solutions.

- Ensure successful deployment of Oracle SCM applications across business functions.

Techno-Functional Development :

- Develop and support Oracle Interfaces, Reports, Data Conversions, and API integrations.

- Create technical solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and Oracle database objects.

- Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and system enhancements.

- Ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable technical deliverables.

Functional Consulting :

- Provide functional expertise across Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, and Supply Chain Management.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.

- Support business users with product configuration, reporting, and process optimization.

- Recommend best practices to improve operational efficiency.

Testing & Production Support :

- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.

- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with business requirements.

- Support change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration :

- Work closely with business users, solution architects, developers, and project managers.

- Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Prepare technical and functional documentation.

- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver successful Oracle SCM solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle SCM Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM implementation projects.

- Strong expertise in Order Management, Shipping/Shipment Management, Inventory Management, Pricing, and Supply Chain Management.

- Experience developing Interfaces, Reports, Data Conversions, and Oracle API integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Tables, Views, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Security.

- Experience in functional configuration, business process analysis, and production support.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and FBDI.

- Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle EBS certifications.

- Experience working on global Oracle implementation or transformation projects.

- Exposure to Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Planning modules.

- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices
