Techno Functional Consultant - Oracle Global Trade Management

Description:

- Detailed technical & functional knowledge of OTM to map business requirements into OTM build activities

- Business process automation

- Extensive experience (10+yrs) in workflow agent design, coding, technical configuration and development

- Master data, itinerary, order planning, shipment execution, route optimization, network configuration, track and trace, appointment scheduling

- OTM Data model and Schema in depth knowledge

- Technical integration design and development working with OTM REST and SOAP APIs.

- Operational and analytical report design and development.

- Performance tuning, troubleshooting and configuration

- Stage and Production environment code deployment and migration activities

- Migrate data and configuration from public cloud to on-prem environment

- SQL query design and implementation

- Experience working with Oracle for SR resolution, logging and data export

- Rate card structuring/template creation and setup

- Screen-set and manager layout technical changes

- Experience working with carrier, 3PL, other logistics 3rd party integrations technical teams

- Technical documentation

- VPD (virtual private domain) and security configurations within OTM

- Creating workbench configurations

- Experience working with stakeholders to handle OTM requirements

- Freight Audit and Pay

- Experience working with multiple modes, LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air and different service levels

- Experience working with multi-leg, multi-stop solutions

- Exceptions management, business monitor, reporting and alerting

- Strong problem solving ability

GTM:

- Very Strong Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Knowledge.

- Must have strong knowledge on GTM processes

- Able to drive design workshops with customer and close design within timelines

- Conversant with Automation agents with decent SQL skills

- Should be able configure and receive trade content date from external content providers

- Expertise in restricted party screening processes with configurations

- Expertise in Product classifications

- Good knowledge on compliance, screening, customs, declaration, licenses areas of GTM

- Experience on Integration mapping between OTM / GTM and third-party ERP applications

- Having Oracle EBS Shipping and OM knowledge is an added advantage

- Fluent in business process flow, functional design document, test cases and config workbook document creation

- Visualize end to end test scenarios/cases for all types of business transactions

- Test planning & execution of ERP Integrated functions

- Develop and review test plans with teams and follow up on successful completion of tasks within the project phases

- Report QA, issues, blockers, and progress to the project team
