Job Responsibilities - Participate in ERP (Baan / Infor) Product Development, and Lead module development efforts - Mentor team members on Development Best Practices by providing continuous coaching and support - Get New features and functionality added to the Product - Translate Product Requirements to Technical design, and help realize the code - Work with remote product teams - Constantly be on the lookout for ways to add better value to the Product Job Requirements - 8+ years of proven experience in Baan Development - B.E/B. Tech/MCA preferred - Knowledge of functional modules of Baan including Sales, Service, Purchasing, Warehousing etc. - Experience of working in large customization projects modifying standard Baan ERP source code - Expertise with SQL queries, performance fine-tuning - Knowledge of Baan Tools Administration and Databases will be a plus - Flexibility to work in shifts to suit internal requirements - Analytical mind with excellent Data Collection and Analysis skills - Creative Problem-solving skills
