Techno-Functional Consultant - AI Solutions

About the Role

Antier Solutions is looking for a techno-functional professional who can connect business requirements with practical AI-driven solutions.

The role involves understanding client processes, identifying opportunities for AI adoption, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, and collaborating with architects and engineering teams to define implementable solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding with sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, assess feasibility, and participate confidently in AI solution discussions.

This is not a conventional business analyst or sales coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

Business Discovery & Requirement Analysis

- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, existing systems, and operational challenges.

- Identify opportunities where AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI agents can deliver measurable business value.

- Translate business requirements into structured use cases, functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

- Assess data availability, integration dependencies, business constraints, and implementation requirements.

AI Solutioning & Technical Collaboration

- Work with solution architects and engineering teams to translate business problems into practical AI solution approaches.

- Understand the applicability and limitations of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, machine learning, and workflow automation.

- Contribute to solution design, integration planning, technology evaluation, and feasibility assessments.

- Challenge unrealistic requirements and help establish achievable technical and business outcomes.

Client Engagement & Solution Proposals

- Participate in client discovery meetings, requirement workshops, and technical solution discussions.

- Prepare solution briefs, functional specifications, process flows, presentations, and scope documents.

- Support effort estimation, resource planning, implementation roadmaps, and proposal development.

- Explain solution approaches, assumptions, limitations, and expected outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Delivery Coordination & Solution Validation

- Work with architects, developers, and delivery teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional or technical ambiguities.

- Validate proposed solutions against business requirements and agreed acceptance criteria.

- Support testing, user acceptance, solution demonstrations, and implementation handovers.

- Maintain alignment between client expectations, functional scope, technical feasibility, and delivery commitments.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

- Relevant experience in techno-functional consulting, technical business analysis, AI solution consulting, or enterprise technology solutioning.

- Working knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, intelligent automation, and relevant AI use cases.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional workflows and structured technical specifications.

- Understanding of APIs, databases, system integrations, data flows, and cloud-based applications.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical architects, developers, business stakeholders, and clients.

- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to assess solution feasibility and communicate technical limitations without relying entirely on engineering teams for every decision.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on AI, automation, digital transformation, or enterprise software projects.

- Exposure to client-facing consulting, pre-sales solutioning, or solution implementation.

- Familiarity with AI-powered workflow automation and enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience working with international clients or cross-functional delivery teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional who understands both business problems and the technology used to solve them. The candidate should be able to lead requirement discussions, identify relevant AI use cases, develop clear solution specifications, and work effectively with architects and engineering teams to take solutions forward.

Candidates with experience limited to conventional business analysis, meeting coordination, or documentation without meaningful technical understanding or AI exposure may not be suitable.
