Techno Functional Business Analyst - Banking Domain

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong core BA skills, banking domain experience, and exposure to AI / GenAI initiatives to work closely with business and technology teams on data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform requirement analysis and definition across business and technology stakeholders

- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria

- Manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions

- Work on data migration requirements, validation, and reconciliation

- Create and maintain BRDs, process flows, UPN, and BPMN documentation

- Analyze and understand integrations across multiple systems

- Work with APIs, EoD, intra-day messages, and event-based data flows

- Understand and contribute at business and technical architecture level

- Work closely with banking business users and technology teams

- Support AI / GenAI initiatives by translating business needs into AI use cases

- Participate in AI solution implementation, UAT, and rollout

Required Skills & Experience

- 8 to10 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst

- Strong experience in the Banking domain (Retail / Corporate / Wholesale Banking)

- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation

- Proven expertise in user story writing in Agile environments

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience working on data migration and data-driven projects

- Good technical understanding of systems, integrations, and data flows

- Ability to analyze APIs and messaging mechanisms

AI / GenAI Experience (Highly Desirable)

- Experience working on AI / ML / GenAI projects as a Business Analyst

- Exposure to AI use cases such as automation, NLP, chatbots, predictive analytics, etc.

- Prior involvement in implementation of AI-based solutions within banking environments
