Techno Commercial Professional - Procurement

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Commercial to lead the Techno Commercial Procurement function from our Head Office. The role will be responsible for strategic sourcing, techno-commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, vendor development, procurement planning, and leading a high-performing procurement team while working closely with Engineering, Projects, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

- Lead the Techno-Commercial Procurement function across multiple business divisions.

- Handle procurement of engineering equipment, capital goods, heavy machinery, and project materials.

- Conduct techno-commercial evaluation, vendor selection, and commercial negotiations.

- Develop strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.

- Drive vendor development and supplier relationship management.

- Ensure timely procurement for manufacturing and project requirements.

- Lead contract management and ensure procurement compliance.

- Drive procurement process improvements through SAP.

- Mentor and lead the procurement team to achieve business objectives.
