Techno Commercial Head - FMCG

Our leading client is looking for a dynamic beverage manufacturing professional, Having experience in manufacturing and Quality systems for PWD and RGB business, Sound knowledge of Government regulations and Statutory laws

- Negotiation with Material & Machine suppliers

- Being a head techno commercial responsible for managing the entire business portfolio manufacturing, operation, sales & supply chain

- Person should have excellent manufacturing background as well as corporate experience in beverage industry, would be preferred

Role:

- Work closely with Franchisee/Co-Manufacturing to improve process yield & productivity against the set objectives as per Norms

- Implementation of new projects from concept to commercialization.

- To assess supplier capability and support techno commercial discussion

- Identification of franchisee, manufacturing plant design and project execution

- Ensure the commercial production start up in set Time line

- Introduce systems and procedures to minimize wastages for cost reduction

- Monitoring the operations of all franchisee units in detail

- Ensure appropriate inventory levels at all franchisees.

- Ensure capacity growth as per plan and timely delivery to customers

- Imparting training to all the technical people at the head office and franchises

- Conduct system and engineering audits on a regular basis

- To focus on continuous improvement, benchmarking and to follow best practices

- To assure the manufacturing of Quality Product at Franchisee location.

- To ensure the Franchisee is conforming the FSSAI norms & Quality Audit requirements.

- Track production /sales data and ensure that all units meet market requirements.

- To ensure closure of consumer complains.

- Support units on any other technical, QA, Sales and Distribution, commercial issues.
