Quality Planning for New Development Products

Gauges Concept and Part quality plan

Know how of Quality tools

Advance knowledge of Quality documents

Must have working knowledge with MSIL and SMG QA departments

Candidate from MSIL tier 1 suppliers working on door parts assemblies like door checkers , latches , hinges is preferable .

Responsibilities and Duties

- Responsible for Quality Planning and ensuring quality plans is followed in process and productions
(Screw Jack , Door Checker , BIW , Welded Frames , Door Hinges etc ( and system assembly consisting of plastics, machines parts, rubber parts and mechatronics

- Responsible for collecting data required to make improvements and modifications.

- Capable of making PPAP documents

- Good Analysis attitude for quality problems and presentation skills for 8 D reports

- Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems

- Good knowledge of stamping parts and plastic molding parts process and quality

- Dedicated and responsible leadership skills

- Must have good working experience with OEM customers

Qualifications

B Tech : Mechanical

Honest and sincere personality

Best Communication Skills WITH GOOD ENGLISH WRITTEN AND COMMUBNICATION

6 Days working in Shifts
