Description:
- Account Manager (Technical Sales) Droplet Digital PCR position will be responsible for:
- Manage direct sales to meet the business objectives and customer satisfaction within the designated territory.
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with brand equity.
- Techno-commercial engagement (presentation/discussions) and KOL management.
How Youll Make an Impact:
- Drive and deliver revenue growth for the assigned product portfolio within the genomics group.
- Responsible for lead generation, techno-commercial engagement, progression and closing of sales for high-end genomics platforms and related consumables.
- Working closely with the Sales manager, application team and distributors in nurturing, maturing, and closing of opportunities.
- Responsible for technical discussions with the customers including but not limited to one-on-one, seminar, etc. for convincing them to buy assigned products/technologies.
- Maintain relationship with the existing users to develop them as positive reference sites and drive related consumable sales.
What You Bring:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with proven trade records.
- Excellent technical and practical knowledge of Genomics technologies used in Life Sciences.
- Good hands-on experience on Life-Sciences Instruments like: RT-PCR, NGS, Microarray etc.
- Experience in handling customers from diverse segments like Academia, Bio-Pharma, clinical oncology, translational research etc.
- Ability to screen and identify potential customers for selling new products, experience in successfully commercializing new launches.
