
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales professional to drive business growth for Acrylic Emulsions across the paints, coatings, adhesives, inks, and construction chemicals industries. The role will be responsible for new business development, key account management, technical-commercial selling, and achievement of regional sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Acrylic Emulsions across target industries and customer segments.
- Drive new business development by identifying prospective customers, applications, and market opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with key customers across paints, coatings, adhesives, inks, and construction chemicals.
- Understand customer formulations, application requirements, and technical challenges and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and technical discussions through trials, commercial negotiations, order closure, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with R&D, technical service, quality, and manufacturing teams to support customer trials, product evaluations, and technical issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for product substitution, application development, cross-selling, and portfolio expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, customer requirements, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline, and track revenue, volume, margins, and sales performance.
- Lead customer meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop long-term account plans for strategic customers and drive customer retention and business growth.
- Provide market and customer insights to internal teams to support product development and business strategy.
Required Skills:
- 9 - 14 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or key account management within specialty chemicals.
- Strong experience in resins, emulsions, Acrylic Emulsions, or related chemical products.
- Relevant industry experience in paints & coatings, inks, adhesives, construction chemicals, or related applications.
- Strong technical understanding of chemical formulations and customer applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Strong network among manufacturers, formulators, and key customers in the relevant industries.
- Excellent technical-commercial communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer and business-development engagements.
