Technical Sales & Service Head - TMT/Grey Cement Firm

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Technical Sales & Services team across the North East region.

- Develop and execute strategies to generate business through technical engagement and relationship building.

- Build strong networks with Masons, Engineers, Individual Home Builders (IHBs), Contractors, and Promoters to drive product adoption and sales.

- Provide technical training, demonstrations, and support to stakeholders to ensure correct usage and application of TMT products.

- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align technical services with business objectives.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.

- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to the PAN India Technical Services Head.

Requirements:

- Education: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in a team-leading role within Technical Sales/Services.

- Industry Exposure: Prior working experience in Grey Cement or TMT industry is essential.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.

- Business Orientation: Strong track record of generating business through technical engagement.

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, networking, and presentation abilities.

- Location: Based in Guwahati, with willingness to travel extensively across the North East region
