Technical Research Analyst - Multi Asset Markets

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Research Analyst with strong expertise in analyzing stocks, cryptocurrencies, global indices, and commodities.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about market trends, technical analysis, and generating actionable insights for trading or investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth technical analysis using price charts, patterns, indicators, and oscillators across multiple asset classes.

- Prepare daily/weekly market outlooks and identify key support, resistance, and breakout levels.

- Track macro and intermarket relationships between equities, commodities, currencies, and cryptos.

- Develop and backtest technical trading strategies using historical data.

- Create visual content and commentary for publishing on digital platforms (social media, reports, etc.

- Work closely with the content and trading teams to align analysis with market narratives.

- Maintain detailed research records and update technical dashboards regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in technical analysis or market research.

- Proficiency in charting platforms such as TradingView, MetaTrader, or Bloomberg Terminal.

- Strong understanding of Elliott Wave, Fibonacci, RSI, MACD, Moving Averages, Volume Profile, and Trend Analysis.

- Familiarity with multi-asset markets - equities, commodities (gold, crude, etc.), indices (NIFTY, Dow, S&P), and major cryptos (BTC, ETH).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

- Ability to interpret price action and market sentiment effectively.

- (Optional) Knowledge of Python, Excel, or quantitative analysis tools for backtesting and automation.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):

- NISM / CFA / CMT (Chartered Market Technician) / CFT
