Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for a key client based in Hyderabad. The role requires a strong technology recruitment background, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to drive end-to-end hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Network Security, and GenAI domains. - Partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. - Source, screen, assess, and engage high-quality technology talent through various sourcing channels and modern recruitment tools. - Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while acting as a trusted talent advisor. - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Manage multiple niche and critical technology requisitions simultaneously while meeting agreed hiring targets and SLAs. - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders. - Collaborate effectively with client and internal teams in a high-performance environment. - Support Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring requirements as needed. The Successful Applicant: - 7+ years of experience in technology recruitment, preferably with strong exposure to the Indian market. - Proven experience hiring for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Network Security, and GenAI-related roles. - Strong expertise in end-to-end technical recruitment. - Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers. - Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Experience managing niche and hard-to-fill technology mandates. - Highly proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Experience in C2H hiring is preferred. Must-Have Requirements: - 7+ years of technical recruitment experience. - Strong experience in technology hiring within India. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities. - Experience hiring for Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Network Security, and/or GenAI roles. - Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently. - Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad, 5 days a week. Preferred Requirements: - Experience managing Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. - Experience hiring for niche technology skill sets.
