We are looking for a candidate who can handle technology hiring and Hr operations with one of our leading clients in Insuretech industry. - This candidate will be responsible for end to end tech hiring, along with HRBP/ HR functions. good personality andexcellent communication skills needed. - Internal and external stakeholder management. - Build exceptional talent pipelines through a wide range of sources including but not limited to agencies, recruiter networks, job posting and employee referrals - Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine talent acquisition strategy as applicable - Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the talent acquisition process; share manager feedback and appropriate disposition all candidates - Conduct appropriate compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers - Develop and maintain relationships with agency recruiters - Ensure that talent pipelines are managed and cleared using, our Applicant Tracking System - Provide relevant market intelligence and competitor analysis - Create brand awareness in order to attract and reach exceptional talent Leadership skills.
