We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in Shipping/Maritime recruitment to handle end-to-end hiring for both offshore and shore-based technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for offshore and shore-based marine technical roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, maritime portals, references, and other channels.
- Recruit profiles such as Marine Engineers, Chief Engineers, 2nd/3rd Engineers, ETOs, Technical Superintendents, and other marine technical professionals.
- Screen candidates based on technical experience, vessel type/exposure, rank, certifications, availability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong database and network of marine/offshore and shore-based technical professionals.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Shipping, Maritime, Marine, Offshore, Crewing, or Seafarer Recruitment.
- Good understanding of marine technical roles, vessel operations, and maritime recruitment.
- Experience hiring for both offshore and shore-based positions will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, and maritime recruitment portals.
- Strong communication, candidate screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
