About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Tech Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring top technology talent. The ideal candidate will combine strong sourcing expertise with advanced tools and techniques, a KPI-driven mindset, and the ability to leverage Generative AI for productivity. This role involves working closely with global stakeholders and requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for technology roles across levels.
- Utilize Talent Acquisition portals, Boolean strings, and X-ray search techniques for proactive sourcing.
- Manage and optimize ATS tools for seamless candidate experience.
- Apply Advanced Excel for reporting, analytics, and recruitment dashboards.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and productivity.
- Drive recruitment strategies aligned with KPIs and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and employer branding throughout the process.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in TA portals, Boolean search, and X-ray sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, dashboards).
- Ability to leverage GenAI tools for recruitment efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a go-getter attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills for global stakeholder management.
- KPI-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Educational Qualifications
Preferred:
- B.Tech in CS/IT or BCA
- MBA in HR
Outstanding academic record is highly desirable.
