Technical Project Manager - Software

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact software development projects in the banking and finance domain. You'll combine deep technical expertise (.Net, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud) with strong project management skills to deliver secure, scalable, and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Guide: Oversee solution design, perform code reviews, and ensure clean, scalable code.

- Manage Projects: Drive end-to-end delivery - scope, timelines, resources, and quality.

- Team Coordination: Align developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams on sprint goals.

- Agile Practices: Facilitate sprints, backlog grooming, and reporting (JIRA, Confluence).

- Stakeholder Liaison: Bridge business requirements and technical execution.

- Quality & Compliance: Enforce testing standards, code metrics, and BFSI security protocols.

Required Skills:

- Experience: 12+ years in software development (incl. coding), 3+ years in project management.

- Technical: .Net Core, C#, Microservices, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, REST APIs.

- Methodologies & Tools: Agile, SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, JIRA, Git, MS Project/ClickUp.

- Domain Expertise: Banking, NBFC, or fintech projects with compliance focus.

- Cloud: Azure, AWS, hybrid deployments, API management.

Preferred:

- Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Microsoft/Azure.

- React.js, SonarQube, vendor management, distributed teams.
